“My name is Paola Angelini and I have been an official tourist guide since 1998. After several years of work I created Guided Florence Tours in order to build a group of highly-specialized and experienced guides, but above all, in love with Florence and with its rich history”.
Something about me
I was grown up in Riva del Garda and I’ve been living in Florence since 1984, when I firstly came here to study Political Science, with a specialization in history. I have a Master in marketing too.
I’m deeply in love with Florence, and doing this job make me feel very lucky: I am able to share my passion for this one-of-a-kind city with other people. Seeing Florence with the eyes of love gives emotions and unerasable memories.
I have been an official authorized Florence guide since 1998.
My life
I am married with Giovanpaolo, and with him I manage a small hotel in the Florence city center (Hotel Kursaal & Ausonia***). We have 3 children: Alarigo, Lamberto and Matilde.
My job
I think I’m extremely lucky, because in my daily job I can share my passion for this unique city with many people from all over the world. It’ll be a pleasure for me and for my partners, to share this love with you!

I speak four language, apart from Italian: English, German, Spanish and French.
