<p>No rush, just the pleasure of relaxing and watching Florence flowing from below.  From its river.<span id="more-415"></span></p>
<p>The crowd is above you, you can see the people but they are far up and you cannot hear them anymore.<br />
You will only hear the sound of water, of the oars of the rowers next to you and of the voice of your guide describing the monuments and the treasures which will scroll in front of your eyes.</p>
<p>These are small boats that in shape and movement (they are pushed by long poles) recall the tradition of the Medieval “Renaioli”. They were the people who used these boats to collect the river’s sand that had been used to build the city of Florence.<br />
 It&#8217;s not just having the chance to pass under Ponte Vecchio, but it&#8217;s a fantastic chance to be able to enjoy at full the whole city.</p>
<p> The tour starts with a short introduction of the city while you are headed to the boarding with  your guide.</p>
<p>The tour is about 2 hours.<br />
<strong>PLEASE NOTE </strong>that the tour is run from April till October and that it can be <strong>CANCELLED LAST MINUTE</strong> for bad weather. If so, it will be refund in full.</p>
